Quality Spring Assisted Living is a beautiful home in residential area of Silver Spring, Montgomery County. It is own and operated by Registered Nurse who has over 20 years of experience. As a charge nurse in long-term care facility, I was responsible for managing the care of Dementia and Alzheimer residents. As critical care nurse for over 12 years in ICU, I use critical thinking in managing patient care before a problem arises. Holistic approach and individualized care to promotes dignity and independence is our goal at quality spring assisted living
